1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. From the end of January 201 to February 14, 2017, Defendant A: (a) leased the building C 1020 and 418 of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building C from provoking B; and (b) operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of “F” by employing female employees E; (c) on February 6, 2017, Defendant A received 150,000 won from a nameless male guest who found No. 512 of the D building from February 20, 2017, and assisted the said E to receive 10,000 won for sexual intercourse; and (d) around February 10, 2017, Defendant A received 10,000 won from four male customers under the name of 1020 and 150,000 won from the name of the non-specific male guest, and assisted the said E to the said sexual intercourse for one to 150,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. The Defendant B aided and abetted the act of arranging and arranging sexual traffic, etc. by facilitating the crime by: (a) having a vehicle and a mobile phone necessary for the business of a sexual traffic business establishment; (b) having a vehicle leased from each of the above officetels up to March 2017 to A in order to operate an officetel sexual traffic business establishment with the awareness that he/she operated an officetel sexual traffic business establishment as above; and (c) having a vehicle and a mobile phone leased from around March 2017 to A without compensation; and (d) having an interview with A when recruiting female employees.
