On June 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) performed oral care in the astronomical basin located in the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) performed oral care with the homeless, including the victim C (the victim C, etc.) on the roads adjacent to the Yancheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) on June 22, 2014, the Defendant got on drinking together with the homeless on the roads adjacent to the Yan River; and (d) on the Yandong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (d) whether the victim was able to remove her verbally; (e) the Defendant’s spawna; (e) carried the victim’s spawna; and (e) carried out several times after having pushed the victim into both arms, and (e) inflicted injury on the victim, such as damage
