A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 18:13 on September 3, 2013, the Defendant: at the Defendant’s house located in Gwangju-si C building 303, the Defendant: (a) found a divorce lawsuit pending; (b) opened a kitchen kitchen (22cm in the blade; 35cm in the total length) and left hand of the kitchen, which is a deadly weapon, on the hand, in which D and the victim E (50 years old) enter the house by appending the locks and opening the house; and (c) had an excessive (10cm in the blade; 20cm in the total length; 35cm in the blade), and had an open room in the part of the victim, which took the part of the kitchen knick in front of the door.
