A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a BMW car.

On July 22, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license from around 22:01, while driving the said car, driving the three-lane road in front of the D station in the sphere C at Suwon-si, in the direction of the water station, along the one-lane in the color direction from the water station direction, and changing the course into the two-lane.

On the two-lanes of the same direction as at the time, the victim E (V, 47) is driving, and the defendant engaged in driving service has a duty of care to accurately manipulate the steering and operating the steering system and to change the way safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and changed the car line into two lanes, and received the left side part of the above BMW car from the Defendant’s driver to the right side of the above BMW car.

After all, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained the injury of light cryp salt, etc. in need of treatment for a period of two days to the victim E and the victim H (5 years old), the victim H (64 years old), the victim I (64 years old), and the victim J (68 years old), and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding and abetting the said repair cost of approximately 2,308,359 won, even if the Defendant destroyed the said Bosch Rexton car to the degree of 2,308,359 won.
