Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car with a halogen car.

On February 24, 2017, the defendant driving the above car around 11:00 and driving it in the direction of Chuncheon as one-lane between the two-lanes in the direction of the central expressway Busan 262 km in the direction of the Gyeongyang-gun in the face of the aptitude of Chungcheongnamyang-gun.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D, the franchiseer J(57 years old), the passenger of the said passenger car, the F, the driver of the said Bosch Rexrothton car, and K(45 years old), the passenger of the said Bosch Rexrothton car, respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment.
