1. Defendant A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 31, 2013, Defendant B was indicted of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Dok-on Vehicle) at the Gwangju District Court, and claimed not guilty on the ground that the police did not leave the accident site from the time of the occurrence of the said traffic accident until the police called out, Defendant B was sentenced to a fine of KRW 7 million at the above court on November 14, 2013. Accordingly, the appellate court appealed and tried to testify at the said appellate court on the ground that the witness was false witness of the said traffic accident and received a verdict of not guilty.

On January 22, 2014, at around 10:40, the Defendant appeared in the court of Gwangju District Court 301, and requested A to appear in the court of Gwangju District Court as a witness, and requested A to appear in the court of the same day at around 11:40 on the same day. On January 23, 2014, the Defendant found A in the F Office operated by A at Scoo-si at Scoo-si around January 23, 2014, and requested A to give false testimony as if the Defendant and the Defendant did not leave the scene at Scoo-si at the time of the instant traffic accident.

On May 1, 2014, A, upon the request of the defendant, attended the above court as a witness and took an oath, and testified was made false as provided in paragraph (2) above at the request of the defendant before the presiding judge of the first criminal court.

Accordingly, the Defendant instigated A to give false testimony contrary to his memory.

2. Defendant A asked to give false testimony from B as described in paragraph (1). Defendant A appeared as a witness at the above court around 16:00 on May 1, 2014 and took an oath, and according to B’s request by the above presiding judge, Defendant A was at the site of the accident at the time of the accident, and Defendant A was at the site of the accident, but B was at the time of the accident but was at the site of the accident, and was at the place of the accident, and was at the new Eastdong Ampari, which was installed on the right side of the apartment, before the apartment guard room.
