The Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) let the victim transport the victim to the F mental hospital located in Yeongdeungpo-gu G from the same day to 01:21 of the same day; and (c) did not pay 5,100 won to the victim; and (d) did not acquire the pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount.
