A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. in the Suwon District Court's Sungnam branch on July 27, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan prison on February 6, 2013.

1. 2. On May 15, 2014, around 12:00, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price in the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu; (b) by deceiving the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) was provided by the victim with a 1stm of the sea wave station equivalent

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. The Defendant: (a) at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), the victim G of the above “H” restaurant business operator demanded payment to the Defendant; (b) the Defendant spits the spits on the floor; (c) spits the spits on the floor; and (d) throwts cigarette butts, etc. for about one hour.

5. The Defendant, around 10:00 on May 30, 2014, deceivings the victim as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price in the “N” restaurant in the operation of the victim M of L located in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu.
