Punishment of the crime

“200 Highest 1431”

1. On October 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around October 15, 2020, at the main point of “D” in the operation of the victim C, located in North-gu, Northern-si B, Mapo-si, Mapo-si; (b) as if he would have paid the price in a normal manner despite the intention or ability to pay the price; and (c) ordered the victim to pay the price in a normal manner; and (d) the Defendant was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 28,00 at the market price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. On October 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around October 20, 2020, at the “G” restaurant operated by the victim F of the victim F in North-Gu E at the port of port on October 20, 2020; (b) was engaged in the act as if he would normally pay the purchase price without the intent or ability to pay the purchase price; and (c) ordered the victim to pay the purchase price; and (d) was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 25,00 at the market price from the victim.
