Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

Around 05:00 on April 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim D’s “Eart” operated in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) opened the replacement climate behind the building by dracker; (c) intruded into the building by dracker; and (d) committed a theft with approximately KRW 1,00,000 of cash owned by the victim at the simple safe and accounting unit, from around that time to May 21, 2015; and (b) committed a theft on four occasions in total, including the property in the list of crimes in attached Form 11,08,000, which is the sum owned by five victims; and (c) committed a theft once.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually damaged and invaded part of a structure at night, thereby thefting or attempted to steals the victims' property.
