1. The defendant Monoc Co., Ltd. shall be 108,96,325 won and the plaintiff corporation.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(1) After the closing of the argument in the instant case, Liber Co., Ltd. and Egypt Co., Ltd. withdraw each of the instant lawsuits. The Plaintiff Egypt Co., Ltd. withdrawn each of the instant lawsuits against Egympim Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff Manex Co., Ltd., and the Plaintiff Magwon Electric Co., Ltd., Ltd., the lawsuit against Samsung Egympim Co., Ltd., and the lawsuit against Samsung Egypt Co., Ltd., the Plaintiff Manex Co., Ltd., respectively., and the Plaintiff Manex Co., Ltd., the grounds for the instant claim and each of the listed in attached Forms 1 and 2, the “Korea Egypt Co., Ltd.,” and the “Korea Egypt Co., Ltd., Ltd.,” respectively, respectively.
