1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On July 2, 2010, the Plaintiff entered into a loan transaction agreement with Defendant Samsung Electronic Community Credit Cooperatives and received a loan of KRW 50 million as security for the stabilization of livelihood of the Seoul Guarantee Insurance Fund.

B. Around October 21, 2011, as the Incheon District Court Decision 2011 business group214, the Plaintiff’s claim amounting to KRW 150,000,000 for the Plaintiff’s claim amount regarding the Plaintiff’s claim amount, such as salary, allowance, retirement settlement, etc., and Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd received the provisional attachment order on October 26, 201.

C. On April 3, 2012, the Plaintiff worked for Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd., and transferred the Plaintiff to Defendant Samsung F&D Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Samsung F&D”) upon the division of the L CD business division.

B (C) On June 4, 2012, the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court issued the Plaintiff’s claim amount of KRW 3 million with respect to the Plaintiff’s claim amount, such as the Plaintiff’s salary, allowance, retirement settlement payment, etc., and the Plaintiff’s claim amount of KRW 200,000,000 with respect to the Plaintiff’s claim amount, and the Defendant Samsung F&D Ltd received the above claim attachment and collection order on June 4, 2012.

E. As of July 13, 2012, the Plaintiff retired from Defendant Samsung F&D.

F. Accordingly, on October 4, 2012, Defendant Samsung Fdex deposited KRW 42,40,970, totaling KRW 7,463,630, which is the amount equivalent to 1/2 of the Plaintiff’s retirement allowance, retirement allowance, totaling KRW 71,012,850, 712,850, excluding taxes and public charges, as well as the amount equivalent to KRW 1/2 of the Plaintiff’s retirement allowance, retirement allowance, and retirement allowance, as the principal deposit, on the ground of the issuance of the provisional attachment order, the claim attachment, and the collection order.

G. On July 27, 2012, Defendant Samsung C&E deposited KRW 31,404,880,000, excluding taxes and public charges, from the Plaintiff’s remaining retirement allowances, into the Plaintiff’s account in the name of the Plaintiff’s payment account.

H. Defendant Samsung Electronic Co., Ltd.: (a) on July 30, 2012, at the Plaintiff’s account, KRW 32,620,920 against the Plaintiff.
