Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 11, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,500,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1,00,000 as a fine for the same crime from Ansan support in the same court on May 22, 2013.

On August 28, 2016, at around 14:15, 2016, the Defendant driven a Bsch Rexton car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.052% at the section of approximately 700 meters of blood alcohol content at the front of the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju District Parking Site to the front road of the SK KK Oil Station.
