A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On November 28, 2013, the Defendant and the requester for an attachment order (hereinafter “Defendant”) were sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of fraud at the Changwon District Court on November 28, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at a detention house on April 20, 2014.

On January 13, 2016, the Defendant, at around 03:05, went to the house of the victim D (the age of 15) located in the Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, and brought a proposal by the Defendant, she returned to the house beyond the wall of the above house on the ground that the Defendant did not receive contact after her diting the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence.

3. 상해 피고인은 2016. 2. 15. 03:30 경부터 같은 날 04:30 경까지 약 1시간 가량 경남 남해군 E에 있는 F 연못 앞에서, 피해자가 그 날 다른 남자들과 함께 술을 마시고 있었다는 이유로 주먹으로 피해자의 얼굴을 수회 때리고 다리 부위를 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as inside and inwards that need to be treated for about four weeks.

4. Around February 15, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (competence) committed an assault against the said juvenile at one hour by assaulting the victim for one hour, such as paragraph (3), at around 05:30, in the South-Namnam Sea G around 15, 2016, in the state of suppressing the victim’s resistance.
