A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. The defendant, carrying dangerous articles, assaults the victim, and damaged the victim's property.

4. On November 8, 2018, the Defendant’s interference with business is located in the foregoing D, which is operated by the victim C (n, 44 years of age) as described in the foregoing paragraph (1) around 00:50.
