Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 23, 2019, around 15:45 on December 23, 2019, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the victim C (the age of 55) was not a way that the victim C was aboard a D taxi in front of the Seojin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (the age of 55) and assaulted twice the lower part and the shoulder by biffing it on two occasions.
