Punishment of the crime

At around 19:50 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim's face value on the ground that the victim C (year 47) was boarding a D taxi in front of the high-speed bus terminal located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan Dong-gu, Incheon, and was working as F in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu at around 20:05 on the same day from around 20:05 on the same day, the Defendant abused the victim's face value on the ground that around 2km from the west-gu IIC bank to the west-gu west-gu, Incheon.
