A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"200 Hashes 4255 Hashes

1. The Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on May 22, 2020, committed larceny and attempted larceny by using Raber, which had been prepared in advance for four locking devices of the victim E-owned recreation equipment installed in the place; (b) brought a total of KRW 1,50,000 in cash in the said area from that time to June 1, 2020; and (c) theft and attempted larceny total of KRW 960,000 in nine times by the aforementioned method, as described in [Attachment 1] Nos. 1 to 9 of the List of Crimes Nos. 1 to 19, 2020; and (d) there was no cash in the amusement machine, such as the statement No. 10 times in the end.

2. On May 22, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on May 22, 2020, the Defendant: (b) removed the locking devices in two amusement machines owned by the victim B, which were prepared in advance, installed in the place, and damaged the market price of KRW 40,000,000 from that time; (c) destroyed the property amounting to KRW 770,000 in total nine times from June 1, 2020, as indicated in [Attachment 1] Nos. 2-10 and 10 of the List of Crimes Nos. 2-10, and attempted to receive the locking devices, such as as indicated in 1.

The Defendant, from November 10, 2020 to around 01:00 on November 10, 2020 to around 03:00, hereinafter “200, the Defendant: (a) took a machine extracted from the victim B’s possession in front of the machinery; (b) took the string of the machinery to the string place; and (c) took the dracker prepared in advance to the string place; and (d) put the dracker into storage box of the said machinery by means of inserting it into storage box of the said machinery.

In addition, from around that time to November 20, 2020, an amount equivalent to KRW 1,535,000, totaled from around 200 to around 30,000 in cash owned by the victim, was stolen or attempted to steals a total of 13 times, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 2.
