Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:40 on June 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 at the close of the Defendant’s house located in Yangyang-si, Namyang-si, that “the Defendant fright to son,” and reported 112, the police officers affiliated with the branch of the branch of the branch of the Namyang-gu Police Station, who called, listened to the circumstances of the case from the Defendant’s children; and (b) sealed the Defendant’s chest by hand; and (c) thereby, the Defendant fright the Defendant’s shoulder to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender in the obstruction of the performance of official duties; (d) removed the class of the Defendant’s shoulder, she laid off, she laid off, she was tight with his shoulder and her kick.
