A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 3, 2011 to October 16, 2013, the Defendant’s wife C died on October 23, 2013, when he received depression, uneasiness, counseling treatment, and pharmacologic treatment from the “F mental health clinic” of the operation of the victim E on the second floor of the building in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu Seoul. 1. 명예훼손, 업무방해 피고인은 2014. 2. 11.부터 2014. 3. 19.까지 피해자 운영의 ‘F정신건강의학과의원’이 있는 D빌딩 건물 앞에서 C의 영정 사진과 함께 ‘F 병원, 죽음으로 몰고 간 병원, 내딸 살려내라!! 내딸 살려내라!!’는 문구가 기재된 피켓을 세워두고, ‘F 병원에서 아버지 처방전으로 딸에게 약을 지어줘서 세상에 하나뿐인 내딸을 죽였오! 내딸 살려내라!! 내딸 살려내라!!’는 문구가 기재된 피켓을 목에 거는 방법으로, 2014. 3. 20.부터 2014. 4. 23.까지 위와 같은 방법과 ‘치료제가 아닌 약으로 사망케 한 의원’, ‘의사의 치료오진으로 치료받은 내 귀한 딸 사망케 한 F병원’이라는 문구가 기재된 흰색 칠판, ‘의사의 오진으로 억울하게 죽어간 내 딸을 살려내라, 후안무치의 의사 뻔도리 각성하라, 딸의 죽음을 헛되게는 하지 않을 것이다’라는 문구가 기재된 흰색 칠판, ‘告 의사의 잘못된 판단으로 억울하게 죽은 내 귀한 딸을 살려내라! 후안무치의 의사는 각성하라! 내 귀한 딸의 죽음을 헛되게 하지마라!’는 문구가 기재된 흰색 칠판을 설치하고, 2014. 4. 21. 위 의원에 진료를 받으러 가는 환자에게 “거기 들어가면 죽어”라고 소리쳤다.
