Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who uses “Adi” or “D” in Internet NV Brog (htp://blog.naver.com).

On April 1, 2017, at around 04:13, the Defendant posted a photograph citing the scamet containing the phrase “G” by the candidate F for the 19th presidential election, under the title “E” in the PC near the U.S. library located in the Masan-dong, Gwangju, the Defendant, but, on October 16, 2015, the aforementioned photograph was composed of the scamet containing the words “H” cam through social media.

On the same day, the Defendant continuously posted a photograph citing the clicket in which F was named “K” under the title of “J” on the Blick on the same day. However, on October 12, 2015, F continued to conduct a demonstration in Seoul L with one person opposition to the purification of the textbook state in history, and F was in combination with the clicket’s text from the photograph citing M’s “M’s text.”

In addition, from April 1, 2017 to April 21, 2017, the Defendant published false facts for the purpose of preventing F from being elected over 18 times, such as those listed in the List of Offenses.
