A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the name infinite victim, by deceiving the victim.

On March 8, 2017, around 17:12 on March 8, 2017, a person who was not injured in the name of the crime against the victim E assumes a phone call to the victim E, misrepresenting the cyber investigation team investigator in Seoul Cheong cyber investigation, and sending money to the account designated as the one that stolen personal information

The phrase " shall confirm the facts," and it shall be 5.9 million won in the account (K) in the name of J around 17:12 on the same day from the injured person, and the KEB bank in the name of J around 18:18 on the same day.
