1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a party to the housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant housing redevelopment improvement project”) on the parcel of land, including the Si-gu, Busan, and F, and 593.

(1) The Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter referred to as the “Urban Improvement Act”) shall apply.

(2) On October 6, 2009, Plaintiff A was approved to establish an association from the head of the Si/Gun/Gu at the time of the establishment of the Defendant, and Plaintiff B was excluded from the project implementation district of the instant case from Plaintiff B’s real estate owned by Plaintiff B, the head of the Si/202 (current Plaintiff B’s domicile) from among the real estate owned by Plaintiff B, but Plaintiff B acquired I,301, the real estate located in the project implementation district of the instant case on March 12, 2015.
