When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2014, at around 00:45, the Defendant driven BM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.131% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 400 meters from the front road of the Geum River Sea State in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, 211 to the front road of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-ro, Daegu-ro, 249.
