Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a Korean-style teacher in D High School C, and the victim E is a F middle school English teacher in the same place.
1. Defamation;
A. On September 19, 2014, the Defendant is from a school with at least D high school level, where 30 students are located during the Korean and Chinese language curriculum of 1/100 of D High School and 2/30 of D High School hours.
E Students are those who retire from a school with a lower level than D high school, and how they intend to become school teachers or not.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
B. On February 4, 2015, the Defendant tried to add English to the students with 30 students at the 1st half of the 1st grade and 4th class hours of the D High School, on the 30th class hours of Korean language.
This is not a teacher, or not a teacher.

2. Definating;
A. On March 26, 2015, the Defendant had 30 students during the Korean language session of 1st grade 1 and 4th grade of D High School on the 2015, “F middle school applicants are not aware of the young female students who were flicking in the playground without taking classes at F middle school, and is not aware of who were flicking in the playground, and it is difficult to understand how such young female students receive a good evaluation in the teachers’ assessment.
