A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 3,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving of a passenger car for a low-priced car.

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 23:00, and driving on the “G convenience store” in Kimpo-si F at Kimpo-si at approximately 20km in speed from Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si.

At night, in such cases, persons engaged in driving of motor vehicles shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of the motor vehicle, and have the duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by reporting the traffic situation well and safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not discover H crossing the road from the right side of the vehicle under way to the left side of the vehicle under consideration, and due to negligence, caused the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle’s vehicle’s vehicle’s vehicle’s injury by shocking the left side side part of H and the right side part of H to the front part of the driver’s vehicle’s vehicle’s driving vehicle, which requires a 14-day treatment.

After causing a traffic accident at the above date and at the above place, the Defendant instigated the Defendant to avoid a traffic accident by requesting that “B, who dices alcohol during a traffic accident and dices alcohol, and dices, so that B consented to this accident, as if he caused the traffic accident, made a statement to the assistant J belonging to the Kimpo Police Station I of the Kimpo Police Station called to the scene.”

2. Defendant B is between Defendant B and Defendant B’s post office building charges.

On February 3, 2016, at around 23:05, the Defendant, at the same place as the above paragraph 1, was aware of a crime of a fine or heavier than a fine in the traffic accident while driving under drinking at the request of A, and the Defendant, upon receiving a request from A, made a statement to the slopeJ affiliated with the Kimpo Police Station, dispatched to the scene as if he/she caused a traffic accident.
