Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On July 23, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol by 00:05, the Defendant driven CA car in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.148% from the 1km section from the 1km road in the Heungdong-dong Gapo-dong, to the front road of the GUB-dong apartment site located in the same location.
