[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.
Seized evidence No. 4 shall be forfeited from the accused.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A: (a) habitually transferred or acquired stolens as follows; (b) the Defendant:
On February 22, 2014, at around 17:40, the Defendant transferred 16 cell phones 16, which was the stolen cell phone purchased from Sungnam-gu F, Sungnam-gu, and from G, to another person under the direction of a person who was not 3,000,000, the Defendant transferred 315 cell phones 315, which was the stolen cell phone purchased from G, etc. over 28 occasions from that time to August 7, 2014, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, to B, etc., who received the order of the said “H”, in total, KRW 79,905,00.
B. Around 22:00 on August 5, 2014, the Defendant purchased at 240,000 won, knowing the fact that the Defendant was a stolen of one mobile phone of galthno Noogle 3 mobile phone lost by I from a person under the name of “scams (referring to a person who scams a mobile phone with a mark of scams (referring to a person who scams a taxi driver’s mobile phone with a mark of scamsing a lost mobile phone at the place where a taxi stops).”
C. On August 6, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant purchased KRW 150,000 with knowledge of the fact that K lost one unit of gallon Y4 mobile phone from a person who was in the name in the name of the father who was in his own after-the-spot J, and that he is stolen.
2. Defendant B kept each of the following stolens according to the direction of “H”. A.
On August 1, 2014, at around 22:39, the Defendant received 12 cell phoness from A in front of the Guro University Hospital at Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the knowledge of the fact that they are stolens, and around that time, kept them in the house of M in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government L.
B. At around 00:00 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant received cell phone 24 cell phoness from A before the Nonghyup Bank located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with the knowledge of the fact that they are stolens, and thereafter stored them in the said M’s house around that time.
