[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall provide for the distribution or use of game products with the contents different from those of the game products rated by the Game Products Management Committee, display or keep such products for such purposes, and shall exchange, exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of the game products for business purposes.

Defendant

A, as an operator of the "D Gameland" in Busan Shipping Daegu C and the 1st underground floor, was in charge of overall operation of the game room, such as revenue management, settlement, and exchange, and Defendant B conspired to operate the above illegal game room by taking charge of duties such as the introduction of customers, guidance, and control as an employee.

From June 5, 2020 to June 16, 2020, the Defendants: (a) installed separate radio transmission reception equipment from the contents of the classification in the above game room; (b) installed 20 game machine for new fingers, and (c) installed 20 game machine for the “new fingers” game machine for the purpose of changing the settlement creation points through specific manipulation unlike the contents of the classification; and (d) exchanged the said game in cash by calculating the points obtained by the customers as one won per point.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to provide game products with contents different from the game products classified, and to exchange tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game products for business purposes.
