(hereinafter “D”) on the F building G or H units of the F building E located in Yong-Gun, Chungcheongnam-gu, Gun, in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”), including each real estate (hereinafter “D”), as the head of the non-corporate group, around August 2, 2009, with the lease term of KRW 200 million from August 12, 2009 to August 11, 2012.
