1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. 1) On November 11, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C on November 11, 2004, and 100 square meters (hereinafter “this case’s real estate”).

) The lease deposit amount was set at KRW 15 million, KRW 800,000 per month, and KRW 60,000 per month, and the lease term was set at KRW 15 million (hereinafter “the first lease contract”).

(2) On November 11, 2009, the Plaintiff’s husband E entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff’s husband, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 15 million, KRW 1100,000 per month, and KRW 24 months for lease period.

(3) On November 11, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 15 million per month, KRW 1200,000 per month of rent, and KRW 24 months for lease (hereinafter “third lease agreement”) (hereinafter “third lease agreement”).

(4) On January 11, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with C, setting the lease deposit amount of KRW 15 million, KRW 800,000 per month in rent (excluding value-added tax), and KRW 36 months in lease period.

(B) During the process of preparing the fourth lease agreement, the lessor was in charge of the Defendant, who was a cohabitant of C, and C directly participated only in the preparation of the first lease agreement, and C entered the mobile phone number in the column of the first lease agreement in the name of the Defendant. (B) The relationship between Defendant C and the de facto marital relationship from around September 22, 2001 to September 22, 2009.

2) On September 22, 2009, C agreed to liquidate a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant, but in fact, C continued living together until February 9, 2018. (3) At the time of the preparation of the 1234 lease contract, the Defendant affixed a seal by using C’s seal kept in the house living together.

4 C requested the Plaintiff to pay the rent to the Defendant from the time when the first lease contract was concluded, and accordingly, C around August 2015.
