1. On November 3, 2012, from around 11:00 to December 12:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) the victim H (54 years of age) who gets a new store in front of the windowping house operated by the Defendant in Ansan-si from around 11:0 of the same day, displayed the new house at a higher level, thereby hindering the Defendant’s legitimate duties by force by obstructing the Defendant from performing a new funeral service; (b) the Defendant purchased the new house on the victim’s street room and thereby hindering the Defendant’s business.

On November 5, 2012, from around 18:00 to 17:00 the following day, the Defendant: (a) brought the small wave and the table to the steel company in front of the instant victim’s new command at the same place; and (b) prevented the victim from conducting new occupation, thereby obstructing the victim’s legitimate duties by force.
