Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 2199"- Defendant A
1. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic;
A. From May 15, 2015 to July 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from May 15, 2015 to July 23, 2015, the Defendant leased a total of four bonds of heading 211, 405, 609, and 908 of the Otel 211, 405, 609, and 908; (b) employed P as a female employee; (c) placed an advertisement in the Internet site as “U” in the name of “T”; (d) placed an advertisement in the business place with the trade name of “U”; (e) placed the male customer who reported the said advertisement on the advertisement in exchange for KRW 150,00 per man, and directed the said female customer as an officetel designated; and (e) arranged commercial sex acts by having female workers and sexual intercourse in the said place.
B. From March 6, 2016 to March 9, 2016, the Defendant conspired with V to commit the crime. From March 6, 2016 to March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) leased a total of 402, 405, 411, and 609 units of “O” officetels 402, 405, 411, and 609 units of “O”; (b) employed WW and X, etc. as female employees; (c) placed an advertisement in the Internet site “T”, etc. with the trade name of “Y”; and (d) placed the said advertisement on one man’s customers who reported the said advertisement in return for KRW 150,00 per 1,50 male customers, notified the said male customers to an officetel designated; and (c) arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees and sexual intercourse with them.
2. Violation of the Punishment of Acts, such as brokerage of sexual traffic.
A. From May 15, 2015 to July 23, 2015, the Defendant, from May 15, 2015, to July 23, 2015, paid advertising fees of KRW 20-30,000 per month to each operator of the Internet-paid advertising site, “T”, “Z”, and “A”, and posted an advertisement stating the contact information of the “U” business place as stated in the above 1-A, along with the contact information of the business place, thereby engaging in sexual traffic.
