If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2012, from around 14:10 to 14:30 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s street-based business by force by putting a board to the front line B located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, where the victim C (the 43 years of age, the 43 years of age, and the 43 years of age) takes a board and performs a funeral for himself/herself on the ground that he/she does not have a place for his/her own funeral.
