A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. Forging an official document and uttering of forged official document;

A. On February 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) entered the document title “application for education of civilian military employees in the special archetype 2017,” “education for employment of civilian military employees in the special archetype 2017,” “education for employment of civilian military employees in the special archetype 2017,” “education period from March 6, 2017 to March 10, 2017”; (b) the educational institution’s “second floor of the main office of the Korea National Defense University,” “2500 won/80000 won”; and (c) entered the lower part of the content of the education at the bottom of the application, “The Minister of National Defense granting the education of civilian military employees in the special PC with which the said person is placed”.
