Text
1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 18,324,950 won with 5% interest per annum from August 14, 2019 to September 23, 2019, and 12% interest per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

The same shall apply to the order.
Reasons
○ The instant accident is determined to have occurred due to the total negligence of Defendant vehicle driven at a very rapid speed without properly examining the surrounding area at the intersection (the Plaintiff’s vehicle runs slowly and entered the intersection first, and it appears that it is impossible to anticipate or avoid the Defendant vehicle being suddenly driven on the right side).
