A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for fraud in the support of Suwon Friwon, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Child Training Correctional Institution on April 22, 2015.

The Defendant reported contact details on the purchase of car goods posted in the Internet club next car page or NAV, a foreign country car page, and contacted the writing author to sell goods.

In order to acquire the sales proceeds by fraud in a way that does not send the sales goods after deceiving.

On August 10, 2015, the Defendant reported the contact address of the victim, as described in the notice “SM520 U.S. F. F. F.C.” written by the victim K by accessing the Internet “J” following the car page, and made a false representation as if the Defendant sold the goods by contact with the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have a car that he had intended to sell to the victim, so there was no intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant received 250,000 won via a new bank account (Account Number: L) in the name of the Defendant from the injured party, and by deceiving the victims who prepared a written purchase on the Internet vehicle goods on the trading bulletin board in a total of 11 times from the day from October 5, 2015 as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and acquired property equivalent to KRW 1,985,000 in total.
