Punishment of the crime
"2017 Highest 2268"
1. Crimes committed on May 1, 2017;
A. A. From May 1, 2017, the Defendant stolen, around 18:27, the Defendant: (a) took a theft with a sum of 1.4 million won and a total of 1.4 million won and a Handphone market price on the victim’s wall, which was located in front of a computer, using a scarb in the DPC room located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
B. The Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, at around 18:44 on the same day as described in paragraph (a) at the G convenience store operated by the victim’s name in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, the Defendant presented a stolen e-mail card as one’s own, purchased tobacco, and paid 4,500 won by the above e-mail card.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and received tobacco from the injured party, namely, the victim, and used the stolen debit card.
In addition, the Defendant, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form, by deceiving each victim in a total of seven times from that time until 20:13 on the same day, and by deceiving each victim in a manner as seen earlier, acquired property or pecuniary gains equivalent to the sum of 56,500 won from the victims, and used stolen debit cards.
2. On May 11, 2017, the Defendant, at around 06:00 on May 11, 2017, committed the crime, at the “IPC” room located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, with cash 80,000 won in front of a computer using a scopic creb in which the victim J himself/herself scoped, and with a shocking card, and with a total of 589,000 won in tobacco cases containing one and tobacco.

1. From May 5, 2017, at around 18:00 on May 18, 2017, the Defendant stolen the victim’s 1st floor “L” room of the building in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with 200,000 won in the market value containing physical crow cards, cash 3,000 won in front of a computer.
