Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a two-wheeled motor vehicle not reported for use.
1. Around 04:30 on August 12, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) drive the said two-wheeled automobile prior to the subway station located in the Man-dong, Busan, Busan, and led the Defendant to drive the said two-wheeled automobile at an unfunch speed depending on three lanes from the slope of the bathing beach.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had two-wheeled a two-wheeled vehicle from around August 9, 2013, but did not purchase mandatory insurance, and operated a road in front of the subway station in Busan Metropolitan City, Daegu Do, on August 12, 2014, as a two-wheeled vehicle on August 12, 2014.
