Defendant
A A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. Fraud by false registration of infant care children, and Defendant A in violation of the Infant Protection Act is the representative and the president of the “E Child Care Center” under 104, 104, 104, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
The Defendant conspired with the guardians to register other children as if they were present on the 111th day of each month on the condition that they would be exempted from the necessary expenses per month for the guardians who already wished to attend the childcare center, using the Love Card (right to use childcare services issued to those who attend the childcare center and who applied for childcare fees) to receive 100% of monthly childcare fees as childcare subsidies, using the Love Card (right to use childcare services issued to those who applied for childcare fees).
From May 2013 to August 2013, the Defendant: (a) registered falsely as if the child F (00 years of age) applied for a subsidy as a basic childcare fee on at least 11th day of each month even though the child F (0 years of age), and (b) applied for a subsidy with the competent authority for the payment of the subsidy under the pretext of basic childcare fee; (c) deceiving the public official in charge and received the subsidy of KRW 1,083,50 on four occasions from the victim right zone; (d) in collusion with G by the F’s mother, the Defendant paid the child care subsidy of KRW 92,750 in total four times in collusion with G.
Accordingly, the Defendant received a remittance of KRW 1,083,50 from the victim's right area as a subsidy and received the subsidy by fraud or other improper means at the same time, and in collusion with G, received KRW 992,750 from the victim's card company as a childcare subsidy, received the money from the victim's card company as a childcare subsidy, and used the right to use childcare services, as well as illegally, the attached list of crimes.
1. At the same time, it shall be acquired by remitting the total sum of 4,925,00 won for four originals, such as the entries.
