Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants, as legal couple, promoted the business of constructing and selling the Etel units on the ground of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and one parcel, and the G building units on the ground of F and one parcel (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “instant building”).

B.
