Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ co-principal (business of arranging sexual traffic) operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 1st underground, 8 marina rooms, 2 shower rooms, and 1 waiting rooms. The Defendants employed Defendant C and B as the head of the general office in charge of the management of the sexual traffic women and the duties of contact with customers, etc. as the Defendant C and the head of the night office, respectively.
