1. Basic facts

On the other hand, registration of the establishment of chonsegwon under the name of the defendant was cancelled on December 17, 2010 when the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon under the name of the defendant was completed on July 28, 2010 by the Incheon District Court No. 75418 (the cause of registration: contract concluded on April 13, 2010; contract made on the basis of lease on a deposit basis: the defendant, the person having chonsegwon: 120 million won: April 13, 201; the term of existence: April 13, 201) with regard to the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon under the name of the defendant. The registration of the establishment of chonsegwon under the name of the defendant was cancelled on the ground of termination on March 4, 2010.
