The Defendant

(a) As to the real estate listed in paragraph 1 of the Schedule, it is based on the restoration of real name.

1. Basic facts

A. B forest No. 9451 square meters was originally managed by the Korea Forest Service. Among them, 3305 square meters are real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1 on October 9, 1999, and 1653 square meters are divided into several parcels on March 23, 200 by dividing them into real estate listed in the attached Table No. 3 on March 23, 200. At present, only 394 square meters remain as real estate listed in attached Table No. 2.

(hereinafter referred to as “real estate No. 1/2/3” according to the sequence in the attached list, and the combination of these real estate would be “the instant real estate” regardless of whether before or after the division.

A public official C, who is in charge of the affairs concerning the sale of State property, has forged a sales contract, etc. as if the said real estate was sold to D on September 30, 1974 through a public sale procedure, on the ground of false bidders, such as D (the wife of the land) and E (the wife), while taking charge of the affairs concerning the sale of State property, and thereafter, the registration of transfer of ownership by subrogation in the name of D and the registration of transfer of ownership based on sale in the name of F was completed as of December 31, 190.

C. Next, the following registration was completed regarding the instant real estate.

On Oct. 2, 1996, the registered titleholder for the registration of ownership transfer of the instant real estate, who is not a registered titleholder for the registration of the kind of real estate as of the registration fee, and on Oct. 22, 1996, the land owner G for the registration of ownership transfer on Oct. 22, 1996, the land owner G for the registration of ownership transfer of H on Feb. 7, 1998, the land owner G for the registration of ownership transfer of Sep. 18, 1998, the land owner G for the registration of ownership transfer of Sep. 15, 1998, the land owner G for the registration of ownership transfer from Mar. 15, 1999 to Sep. 16, 199, K, and four (4) on Oct. 1, 1999, after the division of the total share transfer registration of real estate on Oct. 1, 200. 203.
