Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2018, around 00:24, the Defendant driven a B-Adi vehicle with approximately KRW 1 km distance from the road near the Busan-dong, Busan-gu, to the front day of the same Gu’s “alley-dong” in the same Gu’s electrical appliances, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.14% during blood.
