Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 10:00 on August 4, 2014, the Defendant, who was living in the Cheongju-si, and the victim E and F’s “G” store operated in Cheongju-si, and the victims used the key that the victims possessed for the purpose of interfering with the business of not driving the said store, thereby opening the knife door and impairing the victims’ residence.
2. Interference with business;
A. After intrusioning on the above stores at the same time and place as the above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) stored the boxes that pack agricultural products on the table of the boxes; and (b) obstructed the victims’ operation of the stores by stockpiling them on the table of the boxes.
B. On August 10, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) stored boxes that pack agricultural products in the table of the shop; (b) opened audio and indoor and outdoor boxes; and (c) opened sound customers with “non-business activities” to get out of the shop; and (d) obstructed the victims’ business operation for a period of up to four hours.
C. On August 17, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00, at the same place as the above paragraph (1) on August 17, 2014, stored boxes that pack agricultural products in the above box box; (b) told customers to “not conducting funeral services”; (c) let customers get out of the above store; and (d) interfere with the victims’ s shop operations for approximately two hours, such as pre-number of personnel, etc.
On August 24, 2014, the Defendant: around 15:17, at the same place as the above paragraph (1) of the same Article, posted boxes that contain agricultural products on the table of the shop, and obstructed the services of the victims for a period of up to two hours, such as gathering them on the table of the shop, keeping them on the table of the shop, keeping them in a fluor and a fluor, keeping them in a water supply system, and allowing customers to get out of the shop.
