Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around September 23:25, 2013, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a C white rocketing car, was driving the said car to turn to the left from the right edge of the transmitting fire fighting box from the right edge to the right edge.

Since the location was an intersection where signal apparatus was installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the driver in accordance with the signals by reducing speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to change the above intersection signal to a straight-line signal, but neglected it, and neglected to turn to the left as is, and instead, went to the right-hand turn from the opposite line, the front part of the victim D(50 years old) driving, which was proceeding to the right-side from the opposite line, was received as the front part of the above white rocketing car.
