A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant is a person engaged in the business of driving B rocketing cars in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the injury caused by dangerous driving).
On July 30, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a speed of 0.196% with blood alcohol level around 00:01, and proceeded at a speed of about 40km/h of speed, depending on three lanes in front of D in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, about four lanes.
At that time, there was a vehicle in the same direction as the Defendant, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle driver by accurately operating the steering wheel and steering system.

Ultimately, the Defendant by such occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E such as salt, tensions, etc. in the cirratium requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim K (51) who was on board the said FK5 car for about two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim G (28 years of age) such as base salt, tensions, etc. in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim L (32 years of age) who was on board the SM5 car in need of medical treatment for about two weeks of medical treatment, injury to the victim L (32 years of age) who was on board the SM5 car.
