A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a Mati vehicle owned by the victim D (Inn, 46 years of age) in front of the C cafeteria located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan (B) on the ground that it was parked in a vehicle before the Defendant’s residence, and thus, it could not come up with his or her lebb.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's vehicle so that the repair cost is equivalent to one million won, thereby harming its utility.

2. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant of the obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 22:10 on August 22, 2015, at the same place as indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant expressed a 112 report that the Defendant was frighting, as indicated in the foregoing paragraph, that the circumstances and G belonging to the F District Unit of the Heath Police Station called “f District of the Heath Police Station called “frighting??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning 112 reporting and investigation duties by police officers who wear uniforms over about 30 minutes.
