A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 2019, the Defendant may receive profits from the victim D at the C nearby coffee shop located in Gohap-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun. However, even though the present permission was revoked, the Defendant may make profits equivalent to KRW 280 million per week after obtaining permission again within two months: Provided, That the acquisition funds should be made; however, if he/she is supplied with 25 tons of truck per day from the waste treatment plant that is located in Ilsan-gun, he/she would be 25 tons of truck and dispose of the wastes, he/she may receive profits from the purchase of the land at KRW 150 million per 25 million per 25 tons of truck. However, in order to be supplied with wastes from G, he/she would have purchased the land at KRW 170 million per 1,000,000,000 per 25 tons of truck. The Defendant would have purchased the land at KRW 301,000,000 in the name of the victim.

However, in fact, F waste treatment plants in Gyeongcheon-gun Group E were in a state where the existing company engaged in waste recycling business and was revoked on May 28, 2013, and were required to meet multiple requirements to obtain permission for waste treatment business. However, the Defendant did not confirm whether the competent authorities can obtain a license for waste treatment business within two months, but did not have any fact that he/she intended to be supplied with waste from G, and there was no intention or ability to use the money received from the victim as the purchase price for the instant site, as the amount of the down payment was not determined between the seller and the seller of approximately 15,000 in total of five parcels, including Gyeongcheon-gun I (hereinafter “instant site”).

Nevertheless, the defendant, who belongs to this case, is the purchase price of the site of this case from the victim, and on February 25, 2019.
